Terms and Conditions
The following conditions apply to you when shopping at 2Gringos
PAYMENT
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, part payment, credit card payment, and direct payment. Below you can read about what applies to each payment method.
GET FIRST. PAY LATER
When you pay via Klarna invoice, you shop safely and easily. You never need to provide your card details and always pay after receiving your order. Payment against Klarna invoice with 30 days payment term from the invoice date. No invoice fee is added. The invoice is sent to you by email in connection with the order being sent from our warehouse. A reminder fee is added in case of non-payment. If you have shopped for 60 SEK or more, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be added. When you choose an invoice, Klarna takes over the right to get paid, and your payment of the invoice thus goes to Klarna.
PAY DIRECTLY
With Klarna's Pay Directly, you can make a payment from your bank account. If you have previously registered your bank account for direct payment with us (with a direct debit consent), either via Klarna's customer portal or in connection with a purchase, it suffices that you approve the payment with Mobile BankID. If you have not yet registered for direct payment, you can do so in a few simple steps and confirm with Mobile BankID. We never share your bank details with anyone other than your bank.
SPLIT IT UP
This is the payment method for you who want to split your payment over a shorter period. In addition to always getting your goods home before you pay, you collect all your purchases in one account. This also applies if you have shopped in several different stores via Klarna Account. This means a single invoice, regardless of the number of purchases.
CARD
Secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard as well as American Express. No card fees are added. No card details are stored with us, they are saved at our partner Klarna. Card payments handled by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified and guarantee fast and secure payment.
Delivery
Within Sweden, we send free of charge to postal agents if you order goods for more than 1399 SEK. Otherwise the freight cost will be presented when you checkout.
Delivery Times
The delivery time is usually 2-3 business days within Sweden and 4-7 business days in the rest of the EU countries. If the item you ordered is a special-order item, the delivery time is approximately 14 days, this will show on product description.
Right of repurchase/regret of your purchase
You as a consumer have the right by law to cancel your purchase within a period of 14 days from the day you received the item. You have the right to open the packaging and check that the product works without any cost. However, you as a consumer are responsible for any decrease in value of the products, including the original packaging, due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
To apply the right of repurchase, contact us via email. Once you have informed us that you wish to exercise the right of repurchase, you have 14 days to return the item and once we got the item and controlled it, your funds will be fully repaid.
14-Day Open Purchase
You have full return rights within 14 days from receiving the item. You can choose to exchange for another item or get your money back. The return shipping costs 69 SEK and that amount is deducted from the value of the goods when we refund money to you. An item sent back must be unused and packaged in its original packaging. Labels must remain on clothing. The shipment should be well packaged, and remember that you as a customer are responsible for the return so please keep the receipt from the postal agent. It is not permitted to put a shipping label directly on the original box of, for example, shoes, as it then becomes damaged and we cannot approve the return.Return of Web Orders
Sometimes things do not turn out as one has thought, and then it is of course fine to return the item to us. Then use the return slip that you received in your package. The return shipping costs 69 SEK and that amount is deducted from the value of the goods when we refund the money to you. The shipment should be well packaged, and remember that you as a customer are responsible for the return so please keep the receipt from the postal agent.
Refund for Invoice
As soon as your return has reached us and we have processed it, Klarna is contacted for a credit of the concerned amount. If you have chosen Klarna invoice as payment, you will receive a refund to the same account from which you paid your invoice. If you have not yet paid your invoice or paused it, you will receive a new updated invoice emailed to you when we have processed the return. You as a customer are always responsible for paying the invoice within the due date. Otherwise, Klarna will charge you a reminder fee.
Refund for Card Purchase or Bank Transfer
As soon as your return has reached us and we have processed it, Klarna is contacted for a credit of the concerned amount. If you have paid your order with a card or bank transfer, the money is refunded to the same account within a couple of days. You will receive an email from us as soon as our return department has handled your return.
Complaints
If your received item is incorrect or damaged, you can complain about it. Contact us via email, and our customer service will then get back to you for further action in the matter. In case of any dispute, we follow the decisions of the National Board for Consumer Complaints.
Personal Data
A customer number is obtained at the first purchase occasion. Your provided details (social security number, name, address, phone number, etc.) are stored in 2 Gringos' customer register. The information is protected according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is never disclosed to third parties. Your details are used only by 2 Gringos to facilitate our customer contact.
